The "Cylinder Block Bore Ultrasonic Testing Device" is an automatic ultrasonic testing device used to inspect the cylinder block bore (the delamination of the copper and steel joint). It consists of an ultrasonic testing section, a mechanism section, and a water drainage section. Air blowing is performed at the water drainage area, with the air blowing directed from three angles: upward, sideways, and downward. The ultrasonic testing section is composed of an ultrasonic tester and a data processing computer, allowing for the setting of testing conditions, saving results, and reading them. 【Inspection Specifications】 ■ Ultrasonic testing is conducted sequentially within each bore. ■ The ultrasonic beam is reflected at a 90° angle using a mirror mechanism attached to the tip of the probe to inspect the inner surface of the bore. ■ The ultrasonic probe mechanism is rotated and moved up and down to inspect the front surface of the inner side of the bore. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
