The "Cylinder Block Bore Ultrasonic Testing Device" is an automatic ultrasonic testing device used to inspect the cylinder block bore (the delamination of the copper and steel joint). It consists of an ultrasonic testing section, a mechanism section, and a water drainage section. Air blowing is performed at the water drainage area, with the air blowing directed from three angles: upward, sideways, and downward. It consists of an inspection section (ultrasonic testing section, mechanism section) and a water drainage section. The ultrasonic testing section is composed of an ultrasonic tester and a data processing computer, allowing for the setting of testing conditions, monitoring and saving results, and reading data.
